Mayo Clinic Journal Day 1

Ate breakfast (oatmeal)
Ate 4 servings of veggies (Carrots, Mushrooms and Tomatoes) and 3 of fruit (Grapes)
Ate whole grains (pasta and sandwich bread)
Ate healthy fats (olive oil)
Moved about 15-20 minutes (moving)

I did watch TV while eating
No sugar
No snacks except for fruit/veggies (grapes)
Only 1 oz of full fat dairy
No restaurants

Recorded my intake
Recorded my activity
Goals for day 2 - Eat more veggies, Buy some snaking fruit at the store, Exercise at least an hour.
